Feb 9 (Reuters) - Privately held Iambic said on Monday it has entered a multi-year partnership worth more than $1.7 billion with Japan's Takeda Pharmaceutical to use artificial intelligence to help design small-molecule drugs targeting cancer and gastrointestinal diseases.

Feb 9 (Reuters) - Software provider Kyndryl on Monday delayed the filing of its quarterly report, saying it anticipates material weaknesses in its internal control over financial reporting for multiple periods, including the first two quarters of fiscal 2026.
Shares of the company tumbled 38% in premarket trading.

SAO PAULO, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Brazilian lender BTG Pactual reported what it said were its strongest results on record on Monday, citing solid performance in both the quarter and the full year.
Latin America's largest investment bank said adjusted net income rose 40.3% in the fourth quarter from a year earlier to 4.6 billion reais ($881.95 million), broadly in line with the 4.56 billion reais forecast in an LSEG poll.
