SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw the test of tactical ballistic missiles with new guidance technology on Friday, state media KCNA said on Saturday.

RAMALLAH, West Bank (Reuters) -At least one person was killed and eight wounded on Friday in an Israeli air strike on the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry and Israeli military said.
