Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE) Jumps On Positive Obama Comments

Traders are all over Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) today following comments from President Obama on the increased use of "clean energy" in light of the Gulf of Mexico disaster.

In a speech at Carnegie Mellon University, Obama discussed rolling back tax breaks for oil companies, expanding the use of nuclear power and tapping into natural gas reserves.

Obama said. "The time has come, once and for all, for this nation to fully embrace a clean energy future."

On CNBC, Jim Cramer said Obama's comments today were the strongest he has made about embracing the enhanced use of natural gas.

Shares of Clean Energy are up 11.8 percent today to $15.52.
