at 11:58 AM Govt negotiating drugs for medicare The govt, has given this business to middlemen call Pharmacy Benefit Managers(Medco,ESI,Hum) who generate huge profits on negotiated low contarctual rates with pharmacies while not passing along savings to either govt or the consumer. Itb is time to eliminate this middleman.
