at 03:10 PM disagree I don't agree its time to sell...should be stock because online advertising is still growing, espeically search and affiliate marketing. Better ROI and more trackable than traditional advertising...

at 12:23 AM short squeeze Downside action this stock exaggerated by massive short selling. Even just a hint of a rumor of a takeover and the shorts will be scrambling to cover their positions. Stand by: you are about to see a real world example of the old saw: more dangerous to short than go long as long: stock can only go to zero, but short: stock can go to infinity.

at 07:33 PM Not a takeover client Everybody keeps saying ValuClick is a takeover candidate. I disagree because I think the people who would buy Valueclick know what kind of web traffic they deal in. Aside from their Commission Juntion unit, the company makes most of their money off junk traffic with no name advertisers and sneaky tacky ad units. There is good money in these low-end clients, and its a niche ValueClick has covered. Unfortunately for them, nobody wants to acquire this type of advertising through acquiring ValueClick.
