at 10:50 PM Ok..I'll play along... If STEC isn't headed for $11, then why did the CEO and COO dump >70% of their holdings last month? Enterprise SSDs demonstrate NO return-on-investment for customers until cost/GB drops to 5x that of enterprise HDD, but STEC sells for 150X cost of HDD. Hey STEC investors...have any of you actually seen an ROI analysis of SSD vs. HDD -- one that supports STEC $20,000.00 AUPs and resulting ridiculous market cap? STEC = ISLN

at 09:46 AM Additional STEC shares The additional shares were already issued and are not "new" shares, so they are not dillutive to earnings. It actually should be viewed as a positive development becuase it increases the float. Further more, the 2 founders, who are equally selling the shares still retain over 20% of the company vs 32% before the sale. Diversification applies to billionaires just like it does to thousandaires. ;)
