at 04:34 PM Execution & Performance Management Just don't add Up I like the messaging from them and it is obviously that it has helped their stock perform today. But there is a large key fact that they are not telling anyone. Employees use these systems 2- 8 times a year and many feel this process, while necessary, is uncomfortable. But if you can't get employees to use their product how do you expect this to drive adoption, and sales. Great story like a lot of these splashes, but will fall very short as these these these systems are not designed for employees or workday usage.
