at 10:56 AM upgrades/downgrades The stock market is a rich mans game particularly the folks on the floor of the stock market who drive up stocks and then sell them to the detriment of the smaller traders. Then there is the Goldman Sachs who will nilly up-grade then down grade like they were some kind of god. Every one has an opinion and like something else every one has they stink. JMO
