at 02:16 AM Resmed insiders Well after talking to relatives that work for the comany in Poway. It sounds as though some restuctureing is going on in upper and middle management. Segments of the Biz are being moved and seperated from the Poway location and auditors seem to be comming through a little more often than usual. No solid evidence of a buyout is seen but people at the comany are getting skiddish.
