at 12:10 PM Heartland Payment Systems I do not understand how analysts can downgrade fundamentally sound companies with sound business practices and drive them to loose 10 percent of their worth. Where were you guys when Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers were not showing their true financial balance sheets. You are hurting the economy with your flagrant unsubstantiated ratings. It is time to hold the analysts and all who good out information responsible for their actions. The manipulation of the stock market has to stop and we need to get back to telling the truth and looking at financial health of companies and not analysts opinions unless they are willing to be held responsible for the information they are saying. Thank You

at 11:44 AM HPY Downgrade is not surprising The way ISO's make money is by building referrals and sales offices. HPY offers inferior revenue sharing to its partners and a lop-sided agreement that gives them the ability to cut-off revenue streams to any business partner they work with. Until they fix their sales intake process, this stock is a dud in my book.

at 02:07 PM Great service - big and small guys I've worked with several ISO's and large processors such as First Data/Suntrust and I can't believe the difference. They don't claim to be the cheapest but to offer a fair price, fully disclosed pricing, a variety of products and a substantial amount of service and support. They are one of the only companies who still have dedicated service people out in the field every day helping us. I have my service persons cell phone number and I am able to call her day or night as well as their customer center which is available 24/7 and speak our language.

at 01:26 PM HPY Fits downgrade I am not surprised! Their service is inferior, their customer support worse. If you ever need a bill, you can count on not getting it, but be assured, they will not hesitate to make sure they get paid! Learn your lessons, and shop for service elsewhere!
