at 06:33 PM VJ - Stock Price Apple's stock price dropping today has nothing to do with the fate of the iPad. Today was just a basic sell the news event. We already knew they were going to release the iPad months ago.

at 04:13 PM NOT just an over sized ipod The new ipad looks amazing.. i can already think of 100 plus ways that this revolutionar device is going to make my every day tasks much easier. for example im a high school student in his junior yea and im tired of luging around all thos text books and note books but thanks to the ipad i dont have to any more, i can simply download each book with the help of thier new book store and then simply use one of the mant apps availible to type up my assignments then send them directly to my techers e-mail... simple and easy... Just one of many ways it can improve a students life as well as outhers. To adress the person above me concerns about the fact that apple hasent made any deals with verizon is because thier is no point in having two suporters of the 3g capabilities when with at&t thier is no contract or commitment involved in the new technologys data plan, you simply just play the monthly fee and when ever you decide to cancle thier is no sticky situations involving cancelation charges unlike the iphone... maybe certain indeviduals should read the article a little more carfully before they start ignorently critisizing a genius idea that will most likley spend his own money on to purchase... Over all in my opinion i think it is a ginius idea that will revolutionize society and bring us anouther giant step into the future of technology and thier for making every day life much simpler and easy..

at 02:41 PM A large iPod No deal with Verizon? Who is this device aimed towards? Iphone users? They've got all the same features in a pocket size iPad, it's convenient and light. Apple's stock price dropped right after the announcement of this device so if that isn't a sign of it's fate then maybe it will be the fact the device costs $370 a year to use. Good luck Apple.
