Here's a repost of someone's comment in reference to Beacon Power Quote IMO Levine and Seaside 88 continue to work the shorting game as they remain stealth and are not updating with +5% beneficial ownership Sch 13 filings. Levine will not admit being +5% beneficial owner and Seaside has not filed since Feb 09 despite considerable new + mil shs buyings from Beacon treasury. Levine filed only the SCH 13G and not the SCH 13D/A which would require detail of all the share moves by a +5% beneficial owner. Both Seaside and Levine need to be reported to the SEC for being in default of the required SCH 13 filings. End Quote

TMBLOG10 at Apr 25, 2009 10:16 AM News from BCON BCON Power actually has a great deal more news but it's never leaving their website so investors tracking the stock on their watchlist never see the news "PUSHED" to their Desktop. As painful as it is, their passive news system requires one to go look for it. It’s sort of like having to drive to the post office to get your mail versus having someone deliver it to you. Both work but one way is much better. In this case, any potential investor who merely has it on their watchlist and is tracking the share price in real time does not see the news pushed to the watch list like other companies do. Although some news is pushed, I’m not sure why they would push the few and not all when you are a penny stock trying to break into the market and start a buzz.
