at 08:06 PM Land lines in decline The report should also more heavily weight CFL's dependence upon consumer land lines. Homes are rapidly replacing these with IP and mobile phones.

at 12:54 PM (CFL) Brinks Home Security Your Report forgot to mention the huge “Legacy Liability” associated with the home security market…. Police no longer recognize monitored security as an emergency service. Most police have lowered the priority from 911 to a slow courtesy visit. Decades of sloppy business practices, nearly 100 % error (false alarms), can now be translated into “deceptive business practices”, even consumer fraud.
