at 06:21 PM ARBA Lawsuit Costs $15 - 20 million Check these guys out before you invest a dime. I had my last straw today with them. CEO is highly compensated with stock at shareholder expense, while the company remains unprofitable. Now, today, the company touts a legal "victory" that cost 15 to 20 million to execute, but produced a judgment of just $6.4 million? The company is just giving away cash and stock, and totally unfocused. I cant see them making it through this recession.
