Transocean (RIG) Pleads Guilty to CWA Violations in Deepwater Horizon Suit
February 14, 2013 10:19 AM ESTTransocean (NYSE: RIG) said to plead guilty to violating Clean Water Act in Deepwater Horizon spill, which occurred in early 2010.
FBR issued comments on the move earlier this week, saying, in part, that it removed a large overhang on the stock.
Shares are up 0.4 percent Thursday.... More
