McDonald's (MCD) Global Comps Down 1.9% in January, Wider than Views
February 8, 2013 8:00 AM ESTMcDonald's Corporation (NYSE: MCD) announced that global comparable sales decreased 1.9% in January. Estimates had global comps down 1.1%. Performance by segment was as follows:
* U.S. up 0.9%. Est. down 0.3%.
* Europe down 2.1%
* Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) down 9.5%
