IGT (IGT) Board Defends Itself as Proxy Fight w/ Ader Investment Looms
February 1, 2013 9:09 AM ESTInternational Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) today announced that it has mailed a letter to shareholders in relation to its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 5, 2013.
The letter reiterates the Board's unanimous recommendation that IGT shareholders vote for the eight highly-qualified incumbent directors standing for reelection at the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting on the WHITE proxy card.
