* Proposals to authorize the Board to repurchase and issue shares

January 24, 2013 6:58 AM ESTNokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) has approved the Nokia Equity Program 2013. In addition to the equity instruments used in previous years, the Board of Directors approved the launch of a new Employee Share Purchase Plan. The Nokia Equity Program 2013 includes the following equity instruments:
* A new Employee Share Purchase Plan for Nokia employees in selected jurisdictions, entitling the eligible employees to contribute a part of their salary to purchase Nokia shares. After a designated holding period Nokia will offer the employees one matching share for each two purchased shares;

January 24, 2013 6:17 AM ESTNokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) CEO Stephen Elop said that Board moved to suspend the dividend for 2013.
The company also named Elizabeth Doherty to its Board.

January 24, 2013 6:10 AM ESTNokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) reported Q4 EPS of 0.06, versus 0.06 reported in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at 8.04 billion, versus 10.01 billion reported last year.
Devices & Services net sales fell 36 percent to 3.85 billion, with net profit of 52 million.
