Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) Prices 3.5M Offering at $14.70/Share
January 9, 2013 8:36 AM ESTChatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) today announced that it has priced its public offering of 3,500,000 common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share, at $14.70 per share, for total gross proceeds of $51.45 million, prior to underwriting discounts and offering expenses.
The offering is expected to close on January 14, 2013. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares to cover overallotments, if any.... More
