Syntel, Inc. (SYNT) Declares $0.06 Quarterly Dividend; 0.4% Yield
December 7, 2012 3:50 PM ESTSyntel, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYNT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.... More
