December 6, 2012 8:09 AM ESTLiberty Media (NASDAQ: LMCA) appears to be slumping in early trading as takeover target Sirius XM (Nasdaq: SIRI) announced payment of a special 5 cent per share dividend as well as a $2 billion stock repurchase plan.
