General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) today reported its highest November sales in the United States since 2007, with deliveries up 3 percent versus a year ago to 186,505 vehicles. Year-over-year sales to retail customers were essentially equal to a year ago and sales to fleet customers were up 16 percent.

Ford (F) November Sales Crush Expectations, Q1 Production Guidance Calls for 11% Increase
December 3, 2012 9:46 AM ESTFord Motor Co. (NYSE: F) sales in November rose at a much higher pace than expected and the company announced strong first quarter 2013 production guidance.
Ford U.S. sales totaled 177,673, up 6.5 percent from last year. Analysts had only expected a 2.4 percent rise.
