November 28, 2012 4:06 PM ESTConfirming earlier reports, NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) announced after the close of trading Wednesday a definitive agreement to acquire Retalix Ltd. (NASDAQ: RTLX) for a cash purchase price of $30.00 per Retalix share, implying a transaction value of approximately $650 million.
