JANA Partners Announces Candidates for Agrium (AGU) Board
November 19, 2012 6:54 AM ESTJANA Partners LLC announced four independent director candidates it intends to propose together with JANA Managing Partner Barry Rosenstein for election to the Board of Agrium Inc. (NYSE: AGU): David Bullock, Stephen Clark, Mitchell Jacobson, and The Honourable Lyle Vanclief.
