Babcock & Wilcox Co. (BWC) Misses Q3 EPS by 7c; Initiates Dividend, $250M Buyback
November 7, 2012 4:17 PM ESTBabcock & Wilcox Co. (NYSE: BWC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.37, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $807.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $830.26 million.
The company also imitated a qtr dividend of $0.08 and announced a $250 million share repurchase... More
