Taylor & Martin (TMG) Files $172.5M IPO
August 31, 2012 6:44 AM EDTTaylor & Martin Group, Inc. (NYSE: TMG) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $172.5 million. Taylor & Martin plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "TMG."... More
