CEL-SCI Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock and Warrants
December 1, 2016 4:01 PM ESTVIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CEL-SCI Corporation (NYSE MKT: CVM) announced today that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase common stock. The securities are to be sold by CEL-SCI subject to market and other conditions in a public offering.
CEL-SCI currently intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the continued development of Multikine*, LEAPS and for other general corporate purposes.
