Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. Announces Pricing of $3.6 Million Registered Direct Offering
November 18, 2016 12:13 PM ESTATHENS, GREECE -- (Marketwired) -- 11/18/16 -- Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today that it has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with unaffiliated third party institutional investors, pursuant to which the Company will sell 1,305,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $2.75 per share for gross proceeds of $3.6 million in a registered direct offering. The closing of the transaction is expected to occur on or about November 23, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
