SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BRSS) (the Company) today announced that, on November 1, 2016, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share on the Companys common stock for the third quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid on November 28, 2016 to stockholders of record on the close of business on November 14, 2016.
