Collegium Pharma (COLL) Prices 5M Share Stock Offering for Proceeds of $80M

(Nasdaq: COLL) announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. In addition, Collegium has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of its common stock offered in the public offering on the same terms and conditions.
