(NYSE: "CLB US" and Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") ("Core", "Core Lab", or the "Company") reported third quarter 2016 revenue of $143,500,000, down 3% sequentially from the second quarter 2016, with earnings per diluted share ("EPS") of $0.38, in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP"), flat from the second quarter 2016.
