("United Financial" or "The Company") (NASDAQ Global Select Stock Market: "UBNK"), the holding company for United Bank ("The Bank"), announced results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The Company had net income of $14.2 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, compared to net income for the linked quarter of $9.1 million, or $0.18 per diluted share.
