Total revenues increased 2.7 percent to $234.4 million, compared with $228.3 million in the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA*, excluding stock-based compensation, was a loss of $3.0 million, compared with a loss of $1.8 million in the prior year period. GAAP EPS was a loss of $0.17 per share compared with a loss of $0.16 per share in the prior year period.
