Standex International (NYSE: SXI) announced that it has acquired San Antonio-based Ultrafryer Systems, a leading producer of commercial deep fryers for restaurant and commercial installations. Ultrafryer had revenue of approximately $15 million in the trailing twelve months. The acquisition of Ultrafryer is expected to be accretive to earnings of $0.02 - $0.04 cents in Fiscal 2015 and $0.14 to $0.16 in Fiscal 2016.1
