Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) price target of $91.00.

Barclays analyst says, "ROK hosted its annual investor day and automation fair this week in Chicago. The presentation focused on ROK's market expansion opportunities and customer value proposition. ROK also reiterated previously given FY2012 EPS guidance of $5.05-5.45. ROK is an excellent company in a highly attractive industry with above peer organic growth and still solid incremental margin prospects. Part of the improving story is driven by ROK's evolution from pure discrete automation supplier (mostly US) to a global full service provider with real process automation capabilities. Process booths were much bigger and more of a focus this year on the show floor than in the past, with one booth focused on showcasing conversion steps for migrating from legacy Honeywell (NYSE: HON) or Emerson (NYSE: EMR) process platforms to ROK PlantPAx. ROK is leading its process automation push with an integrated architecture offering, allowing the same systems to be used across the plant in both traditionally DCS and PLC applications. The value proposition to customers is cost and simplicity, notably in spares efficiencies, engineering training, and data management compatibility. It will take time for customers to accept ROK as a real player in larger DCS but it is getting impressive traction in mid-size hybrid applications."
