Solar Stocks Edge Lower Following Trading Halt in LDK (LDK) (FSLR) (SOL) (JASO) (YGE)

A number of stocks in the Solar sector have dipped in morning trade Monday following a trading halted in shares of LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK).
Prior to the halt, LDK shares had been pushing lower for the majority of the morning session. The stock was halted at $6.27, down 3.8 percent from Friday's closing price.
Shares of First Solar (Nasdaq: FSLR), ReneSola (NYSE: SOL), JA Solar (Nasdaq: JASO), Yingli (NYSE: YGE), GT Solar (Nasdaq: SOLR) and MEMC Electronic Materials (NYSE: WFR) each seem to be responding to news of the trading halt.
The Claymore/MAC Global Solar ETF (NYSE: TAN) is currently down more than 3 percent.
