UPWARD MOVERS:
Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE: CPA) +$5.56; Reports Q1 EPS of $1.12, 13 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $242.7 million vs. $233.88 million consensus.

East Penn Financial (NASDAQ: EPEN) +$5.36; Harleysville National Corpo (NASDAQ: HNBC) to acquire EPEN for $92.7 million or approximately $14.50 per share.

Bausch & Lomb (NYSE: BOL) +$5.11; Company agrees to be acquired for $65 per share by Warburg Pincus.

Quanex Corp. (NYSE: NX) +$3.90; Announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a review of strategic alternatives with respect to its Building Products group

International Assets Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: IAAC) reports Q2 EPS of $0.08 compared to $0.13 for the same period last year. Revenues were a record $14,783,000 for Q2 2007, 64% higher than the operating revenues of $9,021,000 for Q2 2006.


DOWNWARD MOVERS:
Gaming Partners International Corporation (Nasdaq: GPIC) -$5.33; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.01, 17 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $16.1 million vs. $19.62 million consensus.

Tesoro Corp. (NYSE: TSO) -$4.67; Stock reacting to yesterday's downgrade by Banc of America and to profit taking. Shares have gained approx. 80% since Jan, 2007.

Sotheby's (NYSE: BID) -$3.05; JMP Securities downgrades the stock to Market Outperform from Strong Buy. The move could also be attributed to profit taking. The stock has risen approx. 35% since March 15, 2007 and last night was the company's record setting, $255 million, auction of contemporary and postwar art.

Digital River Inc. (Nasdaq: DRIV) -$2.94; Stock falls for third straight session with no specific news releases.

LAM Research Corp. (Nasdaq: LRCX) -$2.13; Semiconductor chip maker sector/industry down today (-2.43%) after Tuesday night's earnings and guidance report from Applied Materials (Nasdaq: AMAT). Also, Merriman Curhan downgraded LRCX this morning.
