Performant Financial (NASDAQ: PFMT) reported Q3 EPS of $0.01, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $39.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $47.4 million.

Performant Financial sees FY2014 revenue of $195-200 million, versus the consensus of $210.85 million.
