AmTrust Financial (AFSI) Tops Q3 EPS by 55c

AmTrust Financial (NASDAQ: AFSI) reported Q3 Operating EPS of $1.70, $0.55 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Gross written premium of $1.52 billion, up 41.4%, and net earned premium of $914.4 million, up 49.0% from the third quarter 2013.
