Churchill Downs (NASDAQ: CHDN) declared an annual dividend of $1.00 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 14.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.87.

The dividend will be payable on January 7, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 5, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 3, 2014.
