S&T Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: STBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on November 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 13, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
