Freescale Semi (FSL) Tops Q3 EPS by 6c, Q4 Revenue Guidance Misses

Freescale Semi (NYSE: FSL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.49, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.21 billion.

Freescale Semi sees gross margins to decline approximately 75 – 100 basis points on a sequential basis on revenue of $1.075 billion and $1.125 billion vs the consensus of 1.18 billion.
