Evercore Partners (NYSE: EVR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 12% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 28, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 25, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
Its buyback authorization was increased to a maximum of $350 million.
