Bard (NYSE: BCR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 20, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 16, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.6 percent.
