Covanta Holding (CVA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 38.9% to $0.25; 4.7% Yield

Covanta Holding (NYSE: CVA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 38.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on October 6, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 29, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 25, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
