Brady Corp. (NYSE: BRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.195.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 8, 2014.
