Summit Hotel Properties (NYSE: INN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1175 per share, or $0.47 annualized. This is a 4.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1125.
The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
