Aviv REIT (NYSE: AVIV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 26, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 24, 2014.
