INTERFACE (TILE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 33.3% to $0.04; 0.9% Yield

INTERFACE (NASDAQ: TILE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.03.

The dividend will be payable on August 22, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
