Cytec Industries, Inc. (CYT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 100% to $0.25; 1% Yield

Cytec Industries, Inc. (NYSE: CYT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.

The dividend will be payable on August 25, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 11, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 7, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
